The Simplest Version
Last night a client of mine was discussing new goals he was looking to pursue.
The goal was big, challenging and very much long term, but it also had a few parts to it.
Now a goal having a few parts is nothing overly outrageous, but it reminded me that we often complicate our lives and goals by trying to do too much.
Instead it would be best to describe a goal in it's simplest form, or breaking it into a number of simple goals, preferably done in series.
Many goals are hard enough to achieve; there's no need to make them harder before you've even started as well.
