Simple Can Work
If I gave someone one of my programs, they might say it's pretty simple.
And they'd be right.
But what happens is we confuse simple with easy.
So that simple program could lead to people asking "is that all it takes?" Well yes and no.
Because we've confused simple and easy, we believe that complication leads to results.
But doing simple things really well, usually leads to really good results, in everything in life.
And your health is no different.
Don't think there's some secret to all of this.
Do a few simple things really well, and then add more as required.
