This Isn't For You

Why Training at PEAK is Different

The truth is, this might not be for you. If you're not training with me at the moment, then it's definitely not for you (yet).

The fitness industry has grown over the last 10 years. I remember when I started training more than 14 years ago now, there was only one gym where I lived. The town and surrounding areas had a solid population as well. Enough to have 3 or 4 gyms easily.

Now, there are all kinds of gyms and training styles.

And so, PEAK might not be for you.

You might enjoy blending into the crowd by doing big group classes, and enjoying that big community feel that comes with that.

You might just like training by yourself, doing your own thing.

You might love CrossFit style training or bodybuilding or whatever.

And so, this might not align with what you're after.

But it also might.

You might want accountability.

You might want a community, without being lost in the crowd.

You might want to chase your own goals.

You might want coaching, not just in the physical, but mental and emotional.

You might want to gain confidence, reduce stress, and look and feel better.

And so, PEAK would be for you.

But if you're not looking for those things, then this isn't for you.

And that's okay.

Go find what is and stick to it until you see the results you want!
