Courage Under Fire
Courage Under Fire
When we think of courage, we think of bravery during a particular event.
A house fire, a heart attack, flooding. The bravery associated with these are clear to us, but we'll rarely, if ever, be in a position to act brave during a situation like this.
Instead, there are small, day to day acts which require courage from us.
That unhealthy person walking into the gym. Someone confronting that other person in their life who is bringing them down. The courage to say no when we said yes so many times before.
The courage to make a change that will be hard and confusing.
Each of these acts seem small to others, but could be the most important things we do for weeks, months or even in our lifetime.
There might be fear associated with your decision, but know you too can show the type of courage necessary to make important changes in your life.
Until next time,
Marco
