A list of things you should be doing for your physical and mental health:
Get 8 hours sleep
Exercise 30 minutes
Get sun
Drink 2 liters of water
Meditate 10 minutes
Get 5 servings of vegetables each day
Stretch 10 minutes a day
Read daily
Journal
Show gratitude
Spend time focusing on breathing
Smile more
Laugh more
No wonder you're feeling overwhelmed when it comes to your health.
Instead, choose 1 or 2 of these, get good at them, and then add more.
Or another option: choose 1, do it for 30 days straight, and if you still really hate it, stop.
Life is already quite hectic. Don't add to it by trying to do it all at once, straight away.
