Forced

Forced

Years ago I struggled with mental health.

And while I didn't go about it the right way (I mostly only talked to friends), I did learn a great way to help myself.

It involved challenging myself. Putting myself in a situation where I struggled physically.

And mentally I grew.

It's not a proven strategy for everyone, but I 100% believe it will help to some degree.

Now, at a time when we're forced to deal with our mental health, the struggle I chose for myself feels like a strength.

And you can choose to do it too.

Instead of waiting for challenge, choose challenge.

Weight training, as much as this industry makes it sound like the way to get six pack abs, is actually one of the simplest and best ways to challenge ourselves for our mental health.

And if we keep going, we can have the six pack too.

Until next time,

Marco
