Why Testing the Simple Answer is the Best Place to Start


So often we think the simplest answer can't be the right one.

So we add complication.

Or get frustrated and not start at all, thinking it's too complicated to even attempt.

But what's the harm in trying the simplest thing?

Surely it will tell you one way or the other whether it's a valid answer?

Surely a complicated answer would take longer to show if it's right or not?

This is a good way to do anything.

Your health and fitness included.

Look for the simplest answer to your problem and test it.

Did it work? Yes or no?

Once you've exhausted all the simple answers, then you can add complication.
