Unsure and Intimidated? Let Me Help
The gym can be a bit intimidating for some people.
It used to be worse.
Before it truly was for the 'meatheads'.
But now, most gyms are pretty welcoming to all people, young and old.
Even still, with the array of machines, amount of people and loud music, it definitely feels like a different environment that your normal day to day.
And when is the time you'd likely go into a gym to find out about memberships?
Well unless you have a day off or work different hours, it would be after work, when it's the busiest.
I can imagine for some people, that does not sound enjoyable.
And yet.
And yet, the gym is one of the best places to improve your health.
All the machines you could imagine to help you lose weight, get fit and get strong.
Sure you could do it by yourself at home.
Many people do.
You could go for endless runs as well if you'd prefer.
But still, the gym is on of the best places to improve your physical health.
So if you're intimidated, or worried or just unsure.
Let me help.
Or more accurately, let a coach help.
It's their job to help you.
Not only with the "get healthy" part.
But to help you feel less unsure, less intimidated and less worried.
They will shield the distractions and focus on what you need.
And if they're doing their job well, they'll teach you so well, you'll feel comfortable to do it yourself in any gym.
You'll think to yourself "I can't afford a PT or coach".
But you need to look at is as an investment in yourself and future.
And if we're being honest, it's a better investment than Netflix and your latest iPhone.
