Save Time By Investing In Your Future
Do you ever feel distracted? Do you ever feel like you're giving your time to everything and everyone?
Do you ever feel like you don't have enough time to get it all done?
I often feel like this, and I work for myself!
Often it's not about not having enough time as such, but more about putting our attention towards the wrong things.
Obviously we have to put our attention to our loved ones, and work, but in our down time we can put too much attention on things that don't serve us or improve us.
Or, sometimes we just put our attention towards something that we don't necessarily have to.
Training can be one of those things.
Of course we need to exercise and stay fit and healthy, but if you try to work out your training program and make sure you're eating the right macronutrient combination and calories, you might go insane.
People do this all the time, but many of those people are genuinely passionate about training.
You don't need to be one of those people to get results though.
And this is why you need a coach.
A coach is an investment in two ways; we pay someone money to get us to a better future (i.e. leaner, stronger, more confident etc) and we pay someone to save us time and attention to let us invest it elsewhere.
The job of the coach is to make you're job easier in regards to your health and fitness.
My clients come in to train 4 to 5 hours a week. Plus travel time, that could be 6 hours.
But beyond this, they don't plan their training and they just need to be conscious of the decisions they make with their nutrition.
Programming for my clients takes 8 hours a month; one program can take up to an hour.
Not a huge amount of time, but this is because I've done it a lot, and I've been trained to do it.
Doing it yourself requires research, study and implementation!
In a time when we seem to have less time than ever, the best way to get healthy without spending hours doing it yourself, is to get a coach.
