Training Changes More Than Just Your Body


Training is much more than lifting weights.

At least, it has been for me for more than 14 years.

And as much as I or others in this industry talk about weight loss and getting fit, training can go so much further than just those things in our lives.

It's not too much of a stretch for me to say that training saved my life.

I started because I had depression.

And along the way, the process of training actually help me get out of that hole.

In a way, the whole process is a journey.

You learn about yourself.

Pushing yourself to do things you might not have though possible.

Or sometimes, just showing up and getting it done even though you just don't feel like it.

A lot of the time it's a struggle.

It's hard work physically and mentally.

And if you stick to it for long enough, you can become a completely different person.

This is what I help clients with.

Being a guide and mentor on this journey of discovery and change.

I personally did a lot of it myself, but that takes longer.

Instead, by learning from my knowledge and experience (basically my mistakes) clients can go along the journey quicker.

But even then, it's a journey with no real ending.

Our lives shift and change along the way, and so do our goals, meaning it's always different and unique to us.

And with everything going on in the world, and international travel still a dream, maybe this is the journey you can take instead.
