Fitness Is a Journey of Learning
That's actually one of the best mindsets you can take into your fitness journey - learning to do it better.
Often however we get fixated on the end results.
Just in time for summer.
This isn't a bad thing by the way.
But I bet you've got plenty of summer's to worry about that.
A better way would be learning how to do it.
This takes time and patience.
Definitely not a strong selling point in the fitness industry.
But if all of us could do it in 8 weeks, we would have done it in 8 weeks.
No, more than likely, you'll be one of the many that needs to take a bit longer to achieve results.
And so, it becomes a process of improvement.
A learning process.
Adding small steps over and over until, longer than you hoped, you achieve your goal.
And there are so many ways we can learn to do it better:
Learning to be more consistent.
Learning to be more efficient.
Learning what works for you.
Learning what to eat.
Learning how to manage your time.
Learning to push yourself further and further.
And sometimes, we can't do all these things at once.
Just like any skill, we can learn how to be healthier.
And then we can learn to do it better.
