The Problem With Humans

Don't Discount Your Individuality

You know what the problem with humans is?

We're all individuals.

We have our own personalities, likes, and dislikes.

Now this is a problem because something that's good for you might not be good for me.

And it might.

But there's a good chance it will only be one thing that we share that is good for both of us.

Or it might be 10.

Or 100.

And finding out what we share in this way takes a really long time of connecting and learning.

This is important to remember when it comes to our health and fitness.

Because through years and years of testing, coaches, clients and enthusiasts have worked out what mostly works for most people.

But...

But the problem is, we're all individuals.

So when you're in your 20 person group class, doing the exact same thing as everyone else, be aware it might not work.

Yes, it will do something for a lot of people.

But you're an individual, and what you need to achieve results, is exactly what you need.

And while it might look similar to the person next to you, it is very much your own thing.

Community should be valued, especially in today's society.

But let's not discount each of us as individuals.

The results that you want specifically, are yours and yours only.

So shouldn't that mean you doing something just for you?

Just so you know, here at PEAK Strength & Nutrition, everyone follows their own program.

It might not be radically different from everyone else, but's it's your program because you're an individual.

And what you need and want might be different to everyone else.

Until next time,
