This Is All An Experiment
Many people see an injury as a reason to stop training, or a reason to keep them from starting in the first place.
When you're in pain, it's hard to imagine doing anything that won't make it worse.
Many clients have come to me with injuries, and many of them are still with me, training fine.
How is it they can train despite their injury? Is it because their injury is small? Maybe I'm a miracle worker?
If someone comes to me with an injury, I make no promises I can solve the problem, but I do say the same thing every time.
"This is all an experiment".
I don't have all the answers, and the text books won't help. But with patience, and experimentation, we can work around it or through it.
It turns out training is a great way to recover from an injury, and to prevent them happening in the first place.
