Why Choosing the Most Popular Might Not Work for You
When you walk into the gym I train clients, you won't see my name on the front.
The business name is not on the sign or on the walls.
The logo isn't anywhere in bright lights.
How would that make you feel, to know there isn't a big facility with my name on it?
Would that make you hesitate?
Is that somehow a sign of quality?
For some people, size matters.
For some people, the logo and the colours and look matters.
And for some people, being a part of the crowd, matters.
And that's completely fine, because making a choice on where to train to get your results is hard.
The problem is, that something created for everyone, is usually created for no one.
Actually, it's created for no one to get results.
If there was a one size fits all training program, then we'd be following it already.
It's okay to choose the most popular, as long as you don't assume popular means the best.
No, popular means popular.
And when it comes to your results, popular might not work.
