No Discounts

No Discounts

This is About Quality, Not Quantity

On my 35th birthday, I had a week long sale of my services.

My next sale will be on my 40th birthday.

The discounts make more sense when they're whole numbers!

Five years between sales seems like a long time.

But I don't really do discounts.

It makes no sense.

Yes it's good to get more people in, but why does someone deserve a discount on a service just because they timed it well, while long standing clients pay full price?

Also, why do I need to discount my services at all?

As soon as someone is asking for a cheaper price, they don't value the service.

Imagine if I offered you free training.

How consistent would you be with it?

Knowing there was no loss if you missed training sessions wouldn't keep you consistent.

This is why we pay for services.

We pay for the expertise, but we also pay for time.

If we could do it all ourselves, we'd do it.

This might mean my services are out of your price range.

Or maybe it's exactly what you expect.

But the truth is, this isn't for everyone.

Not only in the price range, but how I do things.

And having those standard is probably why you need this.

Just don't expect to get a discount on it any time soon.

Until next time,

Marco
