What's It For?

What's It For?

Ask Yourself This Before You Start Training

A simple question you can ask yourself in regards to getting healthy is "what's it for?".

All the effort and results - what's it for?

Is it for your mental health?

Is it for your long term health?

Is it to set an example for your kids?

Is it to impress a potential partner?

All of these and more could be valid reasons.

It's just important to have a reason, one that means something significant to you.

Because along the way it will get hard.

Along the way your motivation will drop, or your focus will be drawn elsewhere.

And stopping and starting over and over is a good way to not get any results at all.

Having a reason to get through that, will be why you'll get through it.

It only takes a moment to find your reason, but it could make all the difference.

Until next time,

Marco
