Where is Your Hour?
Getting Healthy is Simpler Than You Think
Getting healthier, leaner and fitter is actually way more simple than most people think.
Simple, but not easy.
Simple, in that there really aren't too many complicated steps involved.
And especially when it comes to your training, it just requires 1 hour.
Now in our busy lives, finding 1 hour isn't as easy at it seems.
But if you look at your life, and really thought about where you spend your time, you could probably find an hour.
At the very least, each of us could find half an hour of uninterrupted time.
So the question is: where is your hour?
Find that hour, and you find your training.
Find that hour, you find your health and fitness.
And repeat over and over.
Maybe it will take 3 months, maybe 3 years.
Is that it?
Is that all it takes?
Well of course, the type of training is important.
You need to be putting in the right amount of effort and doing the right things.
But first you need to find your hour and repeat.
You might even use the hour to do something with your diet or some stretching.
But all it takes is one hour each day.
So where is your hour?
