The Best Way to Get Results from Your Training

Like most people, I bet you want results from your training. What's the point otherwise?

It's the same from work, relationships or our financial investments; we want a result.

I've spoken and written many times before about how important the process is to achieving these results. Maybe even more important than the results themselves.

A good process means results are maintainable. (Side note: this is often why diets fail. The diet can't be maintained for long periods of time by many people).

But still, we do what we do for a positive outcome.

What results are you looking for?

Leaner, more confidence, to feel more proud?

The problem is, getting results by yourself is hard.

It requires a large investment in time and attention.

And still, success isn't guaranteed.

I started out training by myself, but I was always looking for good coaching programs.

And so, it's no surprise to me when I see more success in the business, my health or my finances.

Why? Because it always coincides with a coach or mentor being in my world.

Yes, the not-so-secret secret to becoming fitter, sexier, have better relationships and finances is a Coach.

Coaches have guided me, questioned me, looked at things objectively and pushed me further.

And that is what I aim to do with my clients.

And I hope that's what many other coaches do with their clients.

You see a coach is focused on your success. Your results are their results.

Their job is to coach.

Your job is to be a great employee, and great family member, a great person, not to be an expert on coaching or financial services or whatever other area of life you would like to improve in.

This doesn't mean that getting a coach absolves you any responsibility.

It just means you're focused on following tested methods to get proven results, and understand the value in that.

How do you get a coach?

You can go with an online coach. The best are the best for a reason.

But that face to face interaction makes a massive difference.

In fact many of my best clients started out as one on one clients, before moving into group and now online.

We have a connection and can discuss anything and everything beyond training.

If there are coaches in your area, seek them out; you will get results.
