How Long Is Too Long?

How Long Is Too Long?

Your Short Term Goals Aren't Helping

How long is too long for you to get lean?

How long is too long to get fit and healthy?

How long is too long to achieve your goals?

If I told you that you could look great in 6 months, is that too much work to do?

Or would you be happy with that?

What if I could guarantee results in 3 years?

What about 5 years?

It's easy to compare to the next person who achieved their incredible results in 12 weeks.

They could be the outlier.

Certainly, I've been in the industry long enough to know that most people don't achieve results with their fitness and body composition in that time frame.

But I also know that many people don't really change in 1 year either.

You could be one of the special ones who achieves results quickly, but you probably won't be.

So if you're not willing to work for a longer time, maybe longer than you would prefer, you probably won't ever get results.

Hopefully this will help you...

I've been training for 14 years, and there have been times where I've been pretty happy with my results.

But it's in the last 3 to 6 months that I can say I'm truly proud of what I've achieved.

Maybe you just haven't achieved the results you want...yet.

Until next time,

Marco
