Use That Pain

Use That Pain

I started training more than 13 years ago because of depression.

My pain and darkness was the catalyst for change.

As so often is the case, human's are only driven to change to move away from pain. The pain is so great we feel forced to make a change.

This provides a bit of a problem, because unless you're feeling something to that degree, you're either going to move along at a fairly normal pace, with nothing really changing in your life or mindset, or you're going to keep descending into that pain.

Neither is wrong.

But at the same time, as hard as it sounds, going deeper into that pain could be the exact thing needed to break out of it finally.

We've put such an emphasis on being happy and on top of things, looking successful and smiling all the time. But let's be real, sometimes life is a bit shit, and it's okay if you're not feeling great all the time.

Just don't let that pain go to waste.

Until next time,

Marco
