Are You Ready to Have the Time of Your Life?

The alarm goes off at 4:25am.

I wish I could say that I jump out of bed everyday, but I'll be honest, some days it's a real struggle.

Some days, I'm so tried, that I just go downstairs and sit on the lounge!

But once I've had my morning [add link] hydration drink, I'm into my training.

Yep, each day before 5am (okay, most days) I'm training for 10 minutes in the garage.

Do I need to do it? Not in the sense that I need to drop body fat for any health reason or need to look better to anyone.

But yes, I do need to do it.

I need to prove to myself I can do it.

I need to be consistent and disciplined for myself.

I need to be strong in mind and body for myself.

So yes, I do need to do it.

Do you need to do it?

Yes, maybe for your health. Maybe to prove to yourself you can.

But yes, you do need to do it.

Not exactly the same I do it; maybe its 10 minutes in the afternoon, or at night. Maybe it's walking on the treadmill each day. Maybe it's [insert any physical activity you enjoy or think you might enjoy], but you need to, and can do it.

I can understand why people make excuses (i.e. feel intimidated or disinterested) in training in a gym for 60 to 90 minutes at a time.

  1. That's a long time

  2. It's loud

  3. It's kind of hectic at busy times

  4. The people are WAY to into themselves but equally the most self conscious people you'll ever meet (I have some of those qualities too)

  5. It's odd (seriously, we go out our way to pick things up over and over in the hope our bodies will change...us humans do some weird shit)

But...

BUT...that movement is needed. 

We were meant to move, we need to move.

And so, you've got to find the time to move.

No it doesn't need to be at 5am like me.

No it doesn't need to be in a gym.

No it doesn't need to be lifting weights (although, I would HIGHLY recommend you do lift weights, it's REALLY good for you).

But you need to do something.

And somehow, you need to find the time to do something.
