A Different Goal

My client Amanda really is awesome.

We started training together just before the pandemic started, which was unfortunate timing, because it meant we couldn't get enough of a routine to allow her to really develop a training habit.

But now that we're back training, it's great to see the progress she's making.

And unlike many people who believe their goal is looking a certain way, we developed her goals easily and quickly.

Get strong physically to help her family out. To be there for them in the coming years, making sure that should anything go wrong, she's strong enough to deal with them.

Now this doesn't mean the goal of looking good naked is bad or less in anyway, but that isn't the only goal you need to have.

During our Intake Interview, we do a deep dive into not only the goal, but your deep reason for wanting that goal, because that's what's going to keep you self motivated when it's cold, you're tired, or you just really couldn't give a shit.

And when any goal has a clear purpose behind it, it becomes so much more likely you'll complete it no matter what it takes.
