Why Big Group Classes Won't Help You Get Results
Hop in any big group training class and the community feels amazing.
Everyone working together to achieve similar goals.
The music is loud, everyone is sweating and working hard, and the atmosphere feels electric.
The draw of big group classes is great and clear.
But there's one problem with big group classes - they're big.
And when they're big, you're just one of many.
That might be exactly what you want.
To not be noticed. To blend into the crowd. To just go in there and move.
But if everyone else is like that, what results are people actually getting?
If something is catering to the most people, then it starts catering for the average. Is the average the results you want to get.
The other option is when you're one of a few.
You get noticed. In fact you're in the cross hairs.
But you're catered too. You get what you want and need. You get guidance. And you get pushed to results of the few, because you are one of a few.
In both cases you'll feel good, which is a important reason to choose either.
But it's only with certain types of training where you'll feel good and get results.
The choice is yours.
