Find What Works for You

Find the Exercise That Works Best for You


Getting fit and healthy isn't an easy process.

It's even harder if it's not a habit for you.

Starting when you haven't exercised for a long time is even harder still.

So when I, or anyone else says you need to train "X" amount of times a week and do A, B, C and D to achieve your goal, it can feel even more overwhelming.

Or you'll just stop paying attention and not care what we say.

But ultimately, you need to do you.

Finding what works for you isn't easy though.

It takes experimentation and time.

It might take some failure and frustration as well.

Or you might enjoy the first thing you do.

Either way, once you find it, stick to it until you don't enjoy it anymore.

Yes, getting lean and looking amazing is great.

But what's even better is feeling awesome, happy, confident and proud.

If that's doing a particular form of training, keep doing it.

If that's playing social sports, keep doing it.

If that's doing solo sports or activities, keep doing it.

You feeling awesome is better than trying to look like it, but actually hating every step of the process along the way.
