There are two things that almost guarantee getting results from your training and exercise: consistency and aiming to improve just a little bit each time.
I say almost, because we, the fitness industry, often set people up to fail.
Yes, those two things will get you success over a long enough time scale.
But when everything is sold as 30 day to 8 week challenges, there's a good chance you actually won't succeed.
It's important then that you as a client see these for what they are
A kickstart. A chance to learn. A chance to experience.
And hopefully a chance to fall in love with the process of being consistent and aiming to improve a bit each time, for the rest of your life.
