Shifting Identities

Shifting Identities

Long before I was strong, had muscle or was fit, I thought I was all of those things.

In actual fact, I wasn't. It's not unfair to say relative to other people I'm still nit.

But in my mind I was.

And this was because I did all the habits a fit person does.

I was consistent with my training. I ate well for my goals. I took supplements to support my training. I tried to get enough sleep.

For long term success in anything, we need to shift our identity from who we are to the person we want to be.

But it's hard when none of our actions align with our identity.

It's not hard to find what to do. Just look to those who already do it.

Let your actions drive you to your indentity.

But first you have to start.

Until next time,

Marco
