The short cut is attractive.
It promises achievement quickly.
And it often promises a secret many other's don't know about.
But the secret is there is no secret.
And the shortcuts can work, until they don't.
So when it comes to our health and fitness, it's no surprise the shortcuts are attractive.
Imagine only having to work 8 weeks to get your results, especially when other idiots have been working for years to get their results.
But above any shortcut, pill, powder, high intensity training program and revolutionary piece of equipment, is the simple (but not easy) skill of showing up each day and doing the work.
This is The Practice.
The practice of showing up and working when you don't feel like it.
The practice of being in the moment while you train.
The practice of doing your best for the day.
The practice of trying to, if only 0.1%, pushing more than last time.
For all the effort of trying ever new shortcuts, you could also commit to The Practice that's proven to work.
