Training Beyond 35

As we get older the school of thought is that we let ourselves go.

Or at least, we can't look and feel like we used to in our twenties.

You have no time right? You have a family and it's hard to commit all that time.

You have a career to worry about and bill to pay. Getting healthy and fit is the last thing you've got time for.

But how much time are we talking here? 

Are we convinced we need hours in the gym? Are we convinced we need to be doing 12 exercises per session?

Do we all need to do HIIT, AMRAPS and EMOMS or any other acronyms?

The truth is that most people can get great results training only 2 or 3 times a week - which can still be hard for some people.

If they make some simple tweaks to their diet as well, they can get even better results.

So why don't we do it?

We're convince it takes a long time.

And when we do finally decide to make a change, the direction is so complicated, it guarantees no success.

Instead here, I just focus on getting clients doing things well and properly.

It's not that exciting because you're not doing the latest bullshit functional training.

But it get results.

Results also lead to more happiness, confidence and strength, and less stress.

The choice is yours.
