Well That Didn't Work

Not Everything Works for Your Health and Fitness


"Well that didn't work".

That's a pretty good response when the thing you try out for your health and fitness, or anything, doesn't work out.

Other responses could be:

"I'm a failure."

"I can never achieve those results."

"This is too hard for me, I should just quit."

But these other responses don't help in us anyway.

If the option we chose was sure to work out, there would never be any hesitation.

There would never be challenge and struggle.

And we would have already achieved the results we seek.

There's a chance it won't work, for you.

And there's a chance it hasn't worked, yet.

It's best to just take that feedback and adjust as opposed to giving in all together, and definitely achieving no result at all.
